Jon Scott Williams

Jon Scott is a Certified Assisted Living Facility Manager with 27 years experience in independent living, assisted living and long-term care.
His work has been recognized by the AzAHA, LeadingAge Arizona, for his innovative approach to improving the quality of service in long-term Care and Senior Housing Services by incorporating Medicaid approved assisted living Services in HUD housing. Jon Scott was awarded the group’s Best Practices Award in 2003.
A graduate of Arizona State University, he is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the National Society of Public Accountants, and Past Chair of LeadingAge Arizona.

Dr. William F. Pilder

Advisor

William F. Pilder, Ph.D. is an educator, an entrepreneur and executive coach. He has been a founding partner in three entrepreneurial ventures, each related to providing career development and transition services to individuals and major corporations in a wide range of industries. In this context, he has been involved in major change management initiatives in the steel, energy and auto industries. He co-authored a series of eight books published by Prentice-Hall on the career transition process.
William’s current focus is on building communities for Elders in which each member is engaged in a work that constitutes the central purpose of their final years. Such communities will increase the health and longevity of their members. They will also provide a vast resource of talent and energy that can be brought to bear on a spectrum of social and environmental challenges.

Judy Sgrillo

Administrative Support Nurse | Christian Care Health Center

Judy Sgrillo, R.N., RAC-CT, DON-CLTC, is a career Registered Nurse specializing in the care of the elderly. Graduated from Yale New Haven Hospital School of Nursing, New Haven, Connecticut, she has worked in the private sector as Director of Nursing, Staff Development Director, and Infection Control Coordinator, and as Director of Quality Management for Covenant Health Network.
In the public sector, she has served as Program Manager of the Long Term Care Department for the Arizona Department of Health.
Judy is an RNC Certified Gerontological Nurse (1990), RAC-CT (2007-2013), and DON-CLTC, (2011.)

Kristie Larsen

Kristie Larsen, MSL, NHA, PHR, CASP, is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a Certified Aging Service Professional (CASP) and an Assisted Housing Manager.
Kristie is a graduate of Grand Canyon University. She is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) and as an Assisted Living Manager, and has served on the Arizona Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers.

Kathy Loscheider

Kathy is a certified and licensed Nursing Home Administrator, a Certified Assisted Living Facility Manager, and a Certified Assisted Housing Manager.
She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Management and a Master’s of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, Arizona.
Kathy has 25+ years of experience working with seniors in independent living, assisted living and long-term care.

Genny Rose

Genny Rose has more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience in key positions with long-term care and post-acute care services.
Prior to becoming the Executive Director for LeadingAge Arizona in January, 2007, Genny served as Vice President for post acute services at Sun Health Corporation, and as Administrator for both the free-standing skilled nursing facility, and the hospital-based facilities of Sun Health Corporation.
Genny has a Masters of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois, and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Will Peterson

Vice President of Sales and Marketing | Unwired Engineering

Will Peterson has nearly 30 years of corporate communications, marketing and strategic management experience. He has worked for some of the nation’s leading corporate communication agencies whose accounts include Microsoft, Ford Motor Company, Toyota Motor, Warner Brothers, Schering-Plough Pharmaceutical and Nestle. He is an accomplished commercial copywriter-producer, account manager and Executive Creative Director who has been integral in bringing to market more than 38 national, integrated new product launches. Will has been a core team member since the inception of The Senior Transition Guide, working in lockstep with Jon Scott Williams at constructing the platform of this program, stewarding the mission, and evangelizing the messaging and values of the STG to seniors and senior living property management throughout the US.
Will has served as the business chair on the Board of Directors for LeadingAge of Arizona and, currently, as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Unwired Engineering, Will and his team design and engineer and an array of technology services for senior living and MDU properties in Arizona and throughout the US that include: Data-Voice-TV, Low Voltage Security, along with Managed IT Support.
